Original Comment In June of 2012 my MJ phone was shut off mid contract. I was told it was under review...review for what I asked...theysaid they did not know and it was in a higher dpartment. After many hours of complaining it was reinstated with a loss of 3 weeks service that was never replaced.<br /> Now I have gone to renew and I am told I am under review. Yep, it is in a higher department with expidite...they will contact me by email. It has been 45 days and many contacts by me and no result. YOU CANNOT RELY ON THIS PHONE FOR A MAIN NUMBER.<br /> IT IS FUTAL TO COMPLAIN!!!!! I FEEL LIKE A FOOL FOR HAVING RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY!!!
