Original Comment I to have had many problems with Majic Jack lately. Having used live chat numerous times and getting nowhere, I contacted corporate in West Pal Beach. Still waiting on an answer from them, and it is now one month. This is definitely a scam company that needs to be stopped. I filed a complaint today with the FCC, and was given a reference number to follow up. I highly suggest everyone contact the FCC and the Attorney Generals in Florida.
