Original Comment Hi I recently experienced horrible customer service in the pharmacy dept. I've been a loyal customer for the past 10 years and I don't play about my medications. Recently the pharmacist manager name Monique at 1891 Barataria Blvd. located in Marrero,La was beyond RUDE!! The staff needs to take classes on customer service satisfaction because with leadership disrespecting their customers the staff are doing the exact thing with no repercussions at all. I believe if Walgreens doesn't care about greeting customers with a smile, I'll just take my business elsewhere. Oh but I guess that's the motto they go by because that's exactly what the pharmacist told me if I don't like it to "take my business elsewhere " I guess they don't mind losing customers and money. I'm beyond frustrated and will no longer go to this Walgreens ever again.
