To the head of corporate operations,<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> obviously, I am not the only one to complain about your products but it seems to me that you would try to compensate people with service or replacement parts to satisfy your customers. These are products that are new and because of your cost cutting or faulty parts installed you should at least warrant your product. I Todd Rudy have a 2 1/2 refrigerator bought on good reviews a RS261MDRS with a transaction code of 4118212473 through Samsung service your service tech told me it was a bad computer board 250.00 worth. I emailed your service vp of operations ( Rajiv Mehta ) told him my problem and nobody from your company has returned my calls. what kinda of customer service is that? this is your vp really! maybe he should be let go. You people are out there selling millions of products each and everyday knowing that these reviews are out there is there not somebody that cares about the consumer. well I hope I can get somebody to call me back. I will continue my quest to whatever extent I may go to resolve my problem.
