Original Comment You would have to be a fool to buy any Haier product. I have been trying for 6 weeks to get our Haier washer/dryer combo fixed. It didn't work from the first time I plugged it in. After 9 calls they said they would simply replace it, because no one in my city of 2 million would service Haier products. Now two weeks later, I am still trying to get a tracking number for the replacement. All I get is lies and run arounds. I am on hold right now trying to get them to give me the address and phone number for the corporate head quarters. I found this in two seconds. They have had me on hold for fifteen minutes. Hmmm? How could you not know where your paycheck has been coming from.
