Dear Lenscrafters &amp; EyeExam:<br /> <br /> Once again, I must inform you of the wonderful customer service that is provided by Lenscrafters and EyeExam at the Westside Pavilion on Pico Boulevard.<br /> <br /> Your employees are over and above, considering the multiple customers that pass through the front door and whom are helped. Jamie, Whitney and Zoreh are absolute saints and are, hopefully, recognized by you for their efficiency, patience, knowledge, calm demeanor, and humor. Dr. Fleming and Dr. Kalra are super. <br /> <br /> But I don't know if you realize that the noticeable reduction in personnel or work hours is in grave detriment to retaining your customers. For example, I observed Ray simultaneously give an eye examination, answer customer calls and assist customers. Pretty amazing. I also watched customers leaving, because all personnel were being stretched to assist multiple people at once. What a shame.<br /> <br /> Sincerely
