Original Comment I would not referrl NETSPEND to anyone. NETSPEND is full of mess. Netspend will take your money and when u call and ask them about it they will flat out lie to you about your money. PLEASE PLEASE DON'T GET NETSPEND U WILL REGRET IT AT THE END
