Original Comment I have been on the phone for at least 1 hr with a technician trying to get my Samsung Galaxy tab up and running. All the things he told me to do I had already done. It would have been less time consuming and frustrating if the technician spoke with less of an accent. I had to have him repeat about everything at least twice. I don't know what country he was from but I am assuming India by the accent. There are so many people in the US that could use this job so I would hope you would change your use of non-US citizens to US workers.
