Original Comment We have encountered internet and phone service issues for the past 3-5 months.. always the same story.. services goes down daily and stays down for hours. The service provided is unsatisfactory to say the least. I understand cable is the best option for home internet but I would rather have a slower DSL or sattelite service on a dependable basis than what we are going thru with Mediacom. I have been a customer for many years and I would not recommend to anyone they choose them .
