Original Comment In March of 2012 I made an agreement with Mediacom for two years. The rate on my account was to go up $10 after the first year. The first year is up and my rate was raised more than $10. Customer service just keeps repeating to me that they can't give me that rate. What good is an agreement is Mediacom doesn't make good on it?
