Original Comment I am discussed with some of net 10's workers. They took over a month to send my replacement phone and during the most crucial time in my life. I have Legal matter's going on and Emergency Conditions that require me to have a phone. I can not get reimbursed now for my $20.00 phone card that I purchased. As soon as I finally got my phone, it got ripped off, even before being able to activate it. They have no record of the Sim # or whatever else is necessary to track it. They will not send me another phone.This would not of happened if they would of sent it much sooner. Anyway, I am going to make sure that net 10 goes out of business because I am so upset by this. They messed with the wrong person. People have to end up waiting way too long to talk to a Customer SERVICE Representative too. Rebecca Kennedy
