Original Comment Friendly store??? I think not!!!! I used to love shopping in walgreens for many years. But recently the last couple of times that i have shopped there in the middle of the day i noticed that their employees are rude and have no kind of custoner training. THIS the store in New Britain Ct on Washington St. You think that the managers there would be any better but they seem like they are more concerned with...goodness I dont even know what. They treat customers like common criminals because you walk into their store with a large purse and they try to insist that someone leave their purse behind the counter. I understand policies and things to that nature but what i do not understand is what kind of training managers recieve withwalgreens. Word of mouth is the best advertisement and i am going to make sure everyone i know who shops at this location (07585) does not shop there any longer or the company trains their managers properly!
