Original Comment Very rude customer service on the phone in Montgomery, AL. Gary (the employee) called me kiddo (I'm 42!) and then after questioning why they wouldn't file my insurance, he hung up on me!! What happened to customer service and going above to help serve the customer! VERY DISRECTFUL!!
