Original Comment On April 8 2013 we placed an order for a treadmill on 4/15/13 our jcp account was charged for the treadmill on 4/17/13 our treadmill was shipped so they say today is 5/6/13 and still waiting on our treadmill we have had 6 calls about our no show treadmill and we made 5 of thoes calls, no one cares the answer we get is we don't know where it is??????? if jcpenney cared about me as a customer they whould ship me another treadmill and look for the one they lost on their own dime!!!! never have been treated like we were with the "CUSTOMER CARE" it is a joke
