Original Comment this is the most ridiculous company when dealing with refunds. i have been waiting since FEBRUARY for a refund and all i seem to keep getting is one big run around and LIES from every office that i've contacted and this seems to be ok with all of them. you would think that a company would want to rectify any type of grievance, but that is not the case. i would advise all who would be thinking of using this company to think twice and go with VERIZON!!!! also, this will be going to the BBB!!!
