Original Comment How can these people tell me to risk my dying childs life to walk 3 miles in the heat to resolve an issue Ive been telling them about for almost half a year now, when my child isnt to be exposed to tempatures higher than 75&amp;#176; and Ive explained this to them?? Being told to walk to the nearest phone to call back regardless of the circumstances or outcome of the circumstances or else to buy a new phone!?!?! How rude and insensitive!! <br /> <br /> This company should either resolve this issue, replace the phone with another touchscreen of the same make and model or one of equal value and refund my money spent on services unable to use or rendered as well as the cost of this defective phone. <br /> Tired of playing nice. Noone wanted to help until I threatened to sue and even then its a half bass job done. <br /> <br /> I WILL BE MAKING A COMPLAINT WITH THE FEDERAL TRADE COMISSION AS WELL AS THE FLORDIA STATE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE TO FILE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT FOR THEFT BY FRAUD AND FALSE ADVERTISMENT. NET10 CANT DO THIS LET ALONE FORCE US TO STAY WITH THEIR COMPANY!
