Original Comment I tried to get a prescription filled for over a week. I was informed it had to be ordered in and it would take 2-3 days. Every time I call I am told "It isn't in" and they just hang up on me! This is totally unsatisfactory. No follow up on their orders? No informing the patient of what is going on? Including sarcasm "Well, we don't have a lab in the back to make it" is totally uncalled form, and unprofessional (and this was the head pharmacist?) Can't wait for open season to change my insurance so I never have to go to CVS ever again!!!! The pharmacy service is horrible
