Original Comment Hertz is a very irresponsible company, accusing me and my husband of not returning a rental car that we never rented in the first place. A call was made to our phone number saying that legal action was going to be taken against us for something we never did. When I tried to call them back to fix the matter I was put on hold for over an hour, and noone got back to me. With identity theft the way it is in this country I was very concerned about this, and no one in customer service was willing to help. Horrible company.
