Original Comment I'm writing to you about the Bonney Lake #2446 beauty shop in Wa. On Thursday June 20,2013 about 7.00Pm I went in and told the lady I wanted her to cut the layers back in and don't take any length off the back, because I wanted to let it grow, and I also said that I wanted my hair styled to have curl and not flat. When she was done I looked in the mirror, I almost fall off the chair. My hair was straight, and flat on my head, and she had cut about 2 inches off the back of my hair. I told her that this is not what I wanted, so she said, do you want me to heat up the curling iron and curl your hair? I was so mad that I just wanted to get out, so I paid $51.00 on my debit card and gave her a $5.00 tip. My husband also was in the shop getting his hair cut, and the girl cutting his hair didn't even brush hair off, and it went down his shirt. My husband and I are not happy at all.
