Original Comment My alternate email is I have been locked out of my Yahoo acct for a week<br /> <br /> I talked to one of your people for over 3 hung up on me when I told her that they wanted the answer to a test question that I cannot remember. The question was Where did you meet your husband? I am 75. I have had four husbands , all of whom are dead. They have I have had over 10 new passwords and cannot remember the last one. I am desperate to get into my account as all my business addresses are there and my mother has just died, You have the worst service of anyone I have ever known. Can you please help me? I am ddesperate.
