Original Comment I think is if pretty poor for a company not to have a customer service number. I have not been able to get anyone to return calls from my local Sam's Club. I wanted to register a complaint but I have nobody to talk to. How do you know that your staff is doing the job unless you have a means to recieve suggestions and complaints. Please have a manager call me at I am a loyal customer ready to become your best critic. I am about ready to tell everyone I know how BIG Sam's uses people. Prove me wrong.
