Original Comment We cancelled our membership to Planet Fitness and joined Evolution Fitness. We have been members at P.F. for 2 1/2 years. My wife has misshapen (sp?) feet and she has to wear sandles. After 2 1/2 years we were just today told she couldn't wear them. No exceptions. Funny, we've seen people break other "rules" and nothing is done about it. Sounds like the manager is on a power trip. The previous manager never said a word to us. We, as well as other people have asked for a rowing machine. We were told it was a corporate decision. I always thought the customer was right. It does no harm to corporate to install a rowing machine, and it pleases the customers (who pay the bills). The combination of circumstances has made membership less than enjoyable. If rules are in place they should be universally enforced. If not, that is hypocritical. We are looking forward to a true "judgment free" experience at Evolution Fitness.
