Original Comment My handy cap niece can not read or write been crippled since birth. Her husband just passed away and we moved her to an apartment that has a ramp for electrical chair built on it so her can get in and out.We called befor the first of the month to have service switched over it is now the 10th and still no service. She has not left her new apartment and has been there 24/7 is waiting on them to show up.
