Original Comment I was with fifth third bank when it was citizens federal. I have been with them for over 30 years. The NEW customer service manager named Erica McCann sent me a letter to close my personal account. I had a problem and everyone at this branch is new. She treated me like crap one day, so I told the manager I didn't like her! Go figure why I would get this letter. My wife passed away less than a year ago, and since then I have had money problems. But I live on a fixed income and I am handicapped. I don't care to go to another bank. But 53 is out of touch with the people who helped them to grow bigger. I called another branch to see if they will take my account. But I am sure this lady has made me out to be worse than I am or the problem was that I took care of.
