Original Comment I agree I will never deal with Sears again. When you call they give you the runaround and waste your time. I spent a great deal of time on the phone in the span of two different days. They call on Wednesday and say someone will be there in the time span of 8-12. I was told on the phone it would be a more consistent time. When I called today to complain I was "disconnected" (more like hung up on) then immediately received a call saying they would be here soon that they were in Greece. Needless to say I wasted my morning getting up early as to make sure I didn't miss them.:( Then I read up on all these negative reviews and am whole heartedly disgusted. To all of you who have the same shoddy service....been there done that
