Original Comment We are a small non-profit retirement/nursing home in Lawrence Mass with 62 employees. We were told by ADP sales reps they could replace our current system - provide us better data and be cost effective. The ADP people tried to implement the sys tem in late June and early July. July 21, there were still many problems. I told the program manager Dawn Smith she needed to get things straightened out or we would end our relationship. In the meantime we has to go back to our previous payroll provider and processed payroll manually until this week. We spent 3 days trying to process payroll for 62 employees and ADP still couldn't make it happen. I terminated your services for non-performance today. <br /> <br /> I am appalled that a company your size and reputation couldn't get out of its own way to get a payroll system up and running for 62 employees.
