I have been and continue to be a good customer. I pay my bill every month before it is due. When Duke energy took over the first month they went into my bank account the payment was not due for weeks, i just got the bill and when i saw two weeks after i paid my bill for June they took out July payment that was not due. The saw what happened and could not explain and i have my bank pull the money bank. NO ONE, NO ONE goes into my bank account. I called again and i thought it was all straighten out but then when i got my current bill they charged me a $ 30.00 return fee on a payment that id did not authorize and was not even due as yet. This is the worse customer service i have never dealt with. And i retired from the Customer Service field.
