We recently relocated from Pennsylvania to Midlothian Texas.<br /> We signed up for a bundle package and after three weeks<br /> We still do not have Internet or phone services<br /> Thanks to att u verse. They have pushed back our<br /> Installation 4 times now. Claiming there are outside issues.<br /> We have spoke to 10 customer service reps <br /> From many departments at att u verse with no<br /> Resolution. Had we had this information upfront<br /> We would have shopped for these services elsewhere.<br /> The only department on top of things is the department<br /> That ships the equipment out. I had been informed att is really<br /> Behind on installation of their services. Do they not<br /> Have enough workers to meet customers needs? Are they<br /> Oblivious to so many unsatisfied customers?<br /> I really think corporate needs to get in control and<br /> Find out why att connection is taking so long. Totally<br /> Disappointed and dissatisfied with Att u verse services.<br /> It's been 3 plus weeks and no service connection and now<br /> They just pushed connection back another week.<br /> What seems to be the problem? Does anyone in the company care<br /> About customers at all? I feel sorry for the company's that bundle with Att.<br /> Totally frustrated in Midlothian Tx!!
