Original Comment Horrible I filed a dispute on eBay. I won, shipping was suppose to be paid for either by seller or eBay. I had to pay for it to go back, even after seller agreed to pay return shipping through resolution center. He paid for original cost, then reneged on return shipping, ebay closed the case and said there is nothing we can do and yes you are right. Their response, we'll give you a gift card to use on eBay for future purchases. If you know I am right and agree then suspended their account until they pay. Why do u have a resolution center if you don't follow enforce your judgment. Stupid. So the answer to a dispute is cost your company more money by trying to give me a gift card instead of enforcing a "legally won dispute?" Boy I hate to be your accountant. I really hope eBay corporate reads this and emails me...Doubtful..
