Original Comment I have Mediacom. before we switched back to Mediacom. all our phones jacks worked in the house. After they installed everything, we now only have 2 phone jacks that work. I called them today and they told me I need to call an electrician because this was not their problem it's an electrical problem. I have tried several phones in the other 2 outlets that do work and we can get one of them to work then the other will not work. This is not an electrical problem it is their problem not an electrical problem when everything worked until they had a complete moron come in and hook us up, that even left us a complete mess to clean up.
