Original Comment Your help is as clear as mud.<br /> We have your magic jack and it is not working, I have called and they say they cannot help me. They direct me to the web page but I do not see what they are trying to get me to do.<br /> <br /> My husband ordered this and it worked for quite a while but he is bed bound and cannot deal with this.
