Original Comment Called AAA for a simple tow from my home to a nearby AAA approved repair facility. This is a garage that has been in operation for about 30 yrs. They are dependable and I have used them for repaired vehicles for years. The driver I handed the keys to and he drove off with my car. Then I get a call from the garage that he never handed them the keys. I called AAA and got the run around for a week now. They created a case number but of course the drive is unreachable. Meanwhile I have no car and will have to call a locksmith to get a new ignition just to have a new set of keys. I cannot drive around knowing that someone has my car and house key. Basically AAA has done nothing to correct this and I will be taking them to court.
