Original Comment sent a TF201 to their service center in Grapevine TX where the tech dropped it and shattered the screen. When I questioned this, all correspondence from ASUS stopped. No return phone calls, no supervisor follow up...its been 4 months and I can get no info from them. Pathetic way to do business
