Original Comment I will be calling the corporate office concerning this issue. ..they changed their procedures and thats not fair to the customers. If they turn your lights and gas off you don't have to be home but to turn it on you do? What about working people like me who can't stay home? Then you dont tell me you are turning it off after telling me that you are going give me a payment agreement because I have done everything I was supposed to do and I have children. ..now because the guy came while I wasn't home i have to take off from my job and possibly not get paid because it's not your house so you don't care...
