I am 61 years and this is the worst service i have encountered in my life. I<br /> <br /> have been a customer of Net 10 for 6 years and very disappointed with <br /> <br /> Ronnie in customer service. I haven't had service in 4 days and i keep<br /> <br /> getting the runaround to check back in 24 hours. I told Ronnie this morning there was a network outage in my area and asked if she would check to see<br /> <br /> if it was restored. I prepaid for service and at least they could be honest<br /> <br /> on my downtime. The customer service lady Ronnie or Rhonda also said<br /> <br /> i might not be reimbursed for the days without service. At this point i don't<br /> <br /> know if the savings are worth the extra headaches dealing with these<br /> <br /> people. If you loose enough customers you will put a stop to this kind<br /> <br /> of service. ticket
