Original Comment It is going on 4 days now without service on my Net 10 phone due to<br /> what the customer service reps claim is a outage of AT&amp;T network system.<br /> They said they was told by AT&amp;T to not turn in a ticket on the outage, makes<br /> no sense to me. Veizon has the most coverage and most dependable in<br /> my part of the state. I hope the corporate people read this e-mail and if<br /> they loose enough business they will tell AT&amp;T to provide better service or<br /> loose their business to Verizon. The language barrier is also another area<br /> that needs improvement, the people in other countries have a hard time <br /> understanding us and we can't understand them. I finally found a number<br /> for the corporate office and the lady there was very nice. I understand you<br /> own straight talk and wonder if it is any better?
