Original Comment Wow, after 24 years the customer service is gone. Shoes not in stock so placed order for delivery to mothers home while visiting. Address incorrectly entered for billing, these shoes will never ship. I have been told the item shipped in e mail, not true. Spoke by phone with customer service and told item would ship today, after told they shipped Friday, not true. Spoke with CC company charge never processed when told all was fine. This is the worst service I have yet to receive at Nordstrom. Customers should not have to communicate five times for information. I could have ordered these from Zappos last Monday and had them by Thursday with free shipping. I plan to do this as soon as I can get this so called charge cancelled on Nordstrom end and will never give them a CC again. Say hello to my good friend Saks.
