Original Comment I like Pizza Hut pizzas, but the employees at Pizza Hut in Tallassee are so unprofessional that I hardly ever go there. Tonight, for instance, I called and ordered three pizzas. Employee repeated the order to me and said it would take 30-35 min. When I got to Pizza Hut, not only were the pizzas not ready, they had no record of my order. Even after explaining what my order was, verified I called the right place, and repeated what they told me, the employee still insisted she couldn't help me because they had no record of my order. Whatever happened to 'The customer is always right'? It was obvious I had placed an order, so at least try to make it right. The problem: The employee who took my order failed to turn it in and was out on a delivery. It was very frustrating......once again.
