Original Comment Purchased two recliners 11/2013 and the material is cracking on both chairs. Manufacturers warranty expires in a few days and their only remedy is to patch the areas that have cracked. They fail to understand our concerns that since the material is faulty and the problem will reoccurring and there will be no recourse on our part. They prefer us to believe, this problem will not happen. What a joke. We are wanting to handle this issue with someone higher on the Ashley corporate totem pole.
