I went to Lowe's on Sept 6th 2013 and purchased all new Bosch appliances of course its all special ordered. When the appliances finally came in the stove was damaged the fridge had damaged door handles. Lowe's ordered me new handles and another stove well that stove came in damaged as well. They ordered me another stove and that one was damaged. This cycle keeps going on and on. Now they are ordering me the sixth stove. I don't know what is going on, but I'm very furious that I have still yet to receive my stove and its been over two months and been paid in full, still no stove. I don't know what is going on in your factory or further down the line but somewhere the stoves are getting damaged and I getting very frustrated.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Bosch is high end and this is something one would not expect to see going on and I want to bring this to your attention. Please look into this problem that I have been dealing with and find out whats going on.
