Original Comment I sent in my tablet in May, and have not received it back this was the third time I had to send it in and again was told that it would take six weeks and now it has been six months. It's sad that your company would sell products that don't work but even sadder that they get your products and don't return them to you or offer you a refund I have phoned, faxed, emailed and written letters to the company to find out what's going on with no answers; they I find out that the company went out of business as I stated before I am beyond PISSED I haven't worked in over six years and have no income to purchase another tablet, and it's sad that the company that bought out Coby isn't returning our products you trust that when you buy a product that it is going to work and if it doesn't the company would make it right but I guess not, all I want is whats mine or a refund to purchase another one.
