I Made A Reservation Online To Pickup A Car In Orlando Fl. To Drive To Fort Lauderdale. I Was Told Over The Phone Before Making The Reservation That My Debit Card Would Be Accepted For Payment With No Mention Of Other Requirements. I Had To Cancel My Reservation At The Airport When I Tried To Pick Up A Car. I Was Not Told You Would Not Accept My Debit Card. It Caused Me Hardship Because I Had To Have My Family Wait As I Walked To Each Of The Other Companies Until I Found One That Would Accept My Card. For This Reason I Will Not Be Able To Use Your Company In The Future. <br /> <br /> I Was More Disappointed Because The Agent Who Serviced Me Offered No Help. She Was Rude And Unkind. She Turned And Began Working On Her Computer As If I Were Not Still Standing There. <br /> <br /> Is There Another Way To Pay For A Rental Car Since I Dont Have Credit Cards Or Do You Offer A Special Card For Use As A Credit Card? (maybe Something To Think About Adding To Your Payment Plan, An Alamo Card For Elite Or Regular Customers. Is There Any Type Of Compensation You Will Offer Me In Hopes Of Gaining My Business?
