Original Comment I have been trying to help out a older woman for weeks now<br /> I have faxed her paperwork 8 times, I have spoke to Albert. Wright, Charles Newton &amp; Darren Banks. They all read a script call back in few days. Its the worst customer service I gave ever ddealt with. This company should be shut down concerning elderly people. I am appealed. I am not done. I am going to get to the bottom of this. I will be contacting corporate until I find aconcerned person.
