Original Comment im so pissed off I spend $500 bucks on a laptop and its just a paper weight... <br /> iv had the same issue with it since I got it 6 months. iv called tech support time andf time again. but since NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH its very hard to understand what there saying in broken English and they talk soo fast you have to ask the to say it over and over again. that is annoying as all get out!!!<br /> <br /> the only way to fix this piece or crap laptop is to mail it to gateway CAUSE for some reason YOU DO NOT HAVE A STORE.. WHICH IS STUPID AND MAKES EVERYTHING 50x HARDER. I do not trust anyone to take my laptop with all my personal info on it to a stranger!!! that's like dropping off youre child with who ever would watch them.. that's never going to happen... <br /> I suggest you come up with some other ways to resolve my issue that dose not include=<br /> mailing off my laptop or setting it back factory default<br /> <br /> IF I do not get a resolve I WILL BE REPORTING GATEWAY TO THE BBB!!!!<br /> TODAY IS DEC 4TH 2013 YOU HAVE 7DAYS. NOT WORK DAYS!! JUST DAYS INCLUDING SAT AN SUN.. SO BY DEC 11TH 2013 I want a RESOLVE....
