I have been on hold, waiting to resolve my problem for about 90 minutes. the first tech I spoke to (after 40 minutes on hold) was impossible to understand. She tried but her accent was clearly too strong to have this type of job. She really pressured my to agree to be transferred to a tech who would fix my problems (fee-based). I finally gave in but asked if I had to face an enormous wait, again. She told me there would be no long wait. That was 40+ minutes ago. I will never buy another Lexmark as long as tech jobs are outsourced. I live in Kentucky. I could have driven my printer to corporate offices by now. There is no excuse for this type of customer service!
