Fedex, the Walmart shipper, won't deliver to residents of apartment complexes in at least part of the area of Houston. <br /> <br /> It takes a fight to get a package. <br /> <br /> I don't know how widespread this is, but both Walmart and the online consumers need to be alerted to this. It should be in big letters on the front page of the website and included in shipping info.
