Original Comment The procedure to get into a body pump class at my club is not okay<br /> I was in class got in line to sign up for next week and myself and 3 others were at cut off and couldn't get on list<br /> I bought a 2 year membership to take classes and now it's becoming so stressful just to try and get into a class<br /> Totally not customer service oriented and club managers as well as inadequate desk help are not trying to add classes to help situation.
