I will never buy another Suzuki again. I bought my Sx4 new in fayetteville, NC at Leith around May 2012. SO I have had it almost 2years. So I take it into the shop at around 25,000 mile and it has been there since Monday Dec. 9th.2013 and I had had to keep calling about my car more than they called me. They told me they were going to see what the problem was and to see if it was still under warranty. Finally yesterday on dec. 12, I was told there was a PC value problem. Well I just saw online where there were 2 complaints on the engine of suzuki. I have the paperwork printout for that. So the PC valve has to do with the engine. From the back of my car, there was so much dense smoke coming out when you take off and drive. I feel it shouild be covered under warranty. I was told it was not covered under warranty. I explained to them I had to get back and forth to work. They told me they don't do car loaners or Suzuki doesn't loan cars. I was also told they were going to try and put me in another car because Suzuki was going out of business, and that the parts for my car are going to be harder to find, because they will not be making the car I have anymore. So I went to the other side for car purchasing, but that is as far as it got. I never recieved anymore calls of follow up, since my credit wasn't excellent, I am sure. It has taken the dealer a long time to find out the problem with my car this week, and now they said they have to now order the part, and it would not be here until Thursday, next week, which is around 12/19.2013.They told me I have to pay $215.00 for the repairs. I do feel I have been given the run around!I feel like another person(Michele Peruzzi) who wrote that it took the dealer 2 months to fix her car it and kept giving me the run around, putting my car on the back burner and claiming they had to order new parts and that's what was taking so long. I finally got the car back, covered in scratches and new dents, and a day later all the transmission fluid leaked out! They didn't attach the transmission line properly. I brought it to the mechanic near my house, he reattached it and refilled the fluid for $50. I asked the dealer about reimbursement, they said fax the paperwork over and they'll see about reimbursing me. I called several times over the next 3 weeks and always left a message...they never got back to me. I drove the car for almost 2 months and the radiator blew up and took out the head gasket and overheated the brand new engine! When I had it towed back up to the dealership, they said it wasn't covered under their parts and service warranty, because they claim it was the radiator's failure that caused the new engine to fail...and since it was now at 104K miles, it wasn't covered under the factory warranty anymore. I've owned this car for almost 9 months, and in this time have only driven it about 4 1/2 months! I still owe $7,000 on the loan and now have a broken car in my driveway that I'm paying on. They say the repairs will be over $3,000 which I can't afford! I'm so sick of getting the run around by this company and this dealership and no one will help me. I will NEVER buy a Suzuki again, and I will make sure everyone I know of ever come in contact with hears this story.

Michele Peruzzi 12/26/12 11:30AM

This has been a very huge inconvenience for me, with catching rides; no loaner to drive, since an insurance company won't give you a rental unless you are involved in an accident. The dealership also told me I have to pay for the car being fixed when it is complete. They also told me aI needed to pay for tires, brakes, etc. I told them I would get that done and taken care of somewhere else.I am not a happy camper at this point. I also went online and saw that Suzuki has been sued and that they are filing bankruptcy and going out of business. So should we be inconvenience for these mishaps since Suzuki still has a Corporate Office for the tike being. I am a very dissatisfied Suzuki customer at this point!

Gloria Mills 12/13/13

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
