Original Comment Just got off the phone with internet help at Wells Fargo. I was so un happy I asked to speak with a supervisor . This person was just as rude and I hung up to try and start again with hopes of a more professional person. Not so lucky. Three tries and was told what I should do is go in to speak with a banker because it would take too long to help me on the phone. Forgive me but I thought they were there to help. Please check into your internet phone staffing.
