after reserving a car on 12 21 2013 I was put through a rigorous amounts of questions and even a credit check after I was publicly embarrassed buy your staff whom stated we dont know if your going to still are vehical of not and laughed I was turned away I guess its a bad day to be a 6 foot black man.<br /> <br /> Its not right budget needs to find a better screening process.
